My Role

3. Was part of the project from the start to completion and handover.
This project was a fast pace renovation project, to convert part of the mall from retail use to a food and beverage hall. I learned a lot about management and time planning since the renovation took place while the mall was still running daily operations as usual, thus there was a lot of time and logistics solutions that needs to be planned in detail. The project was completed within the stipulated timeline, the clients are very happy, and it is now a popular part of the mall where mall visitors hang out.
